“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.” Galatians 5:22-23 On Tuesday evening, youth from our CHOSEN and Ora et Labora groups, as well as some of our Fleming students, met at Strike Point Bowling Alley for an evening of fun! We had a great time together; throwing a few strikes and a number of gutter balls! Pictures can be found on our Facebook page. Thanks to all who came out to join us at this event! Our final CHOSEN gathering of 2018 will take place on Tuesday, Dec 18th at the Extendicare and Lakelands Village Nursing Home. During this visit, which will take place from 6:30- 8:30pm, we will play Bingo with the residents and entertain them with our Talent Show! We will also serve the residents some of our homemade treats.
High school youth are invited to our final meeting of 2018 on Friday, Dec 14th from 7-9pm at St Mary’s School. Come and join us for pizza, a game of basketball and a talk by Father Stephen!
