This is a reminder to all Ministry Leaders as parish activities resume or continue to make sure that all parishioners who volunteer in the different Ministries need to have completed the front and back of the yellow Volunteer Information Form to have on file in the Office. For anyone working with children, elderly, money and some administrative positions, a Criminal Record Check may be needed and they will need to complete the inside pages of the Volunteer Information Form as well as providing a copy of two pieces of ID to the Office.
