SOCIETY SAINT VINCENT DE PAUL

The monthly collection for SSVP will be held April 6 & 7. Your generosity would be appreciated.

Spring Gently Used Clothing Drive – April 20/21, 2024.
Please bring your clothing bags to the parking lot of St. Mary’s Church. A truck will be available to collect your donations 30 minutes before and after each weekend Mass. The Society of St. Vincent de Paul operate three stores in Peterborough. St. Mary’s Lindsay Conference is a member of the Peterborough Particular and has benefitted from the work and financial support of this group of conferences. Your donations would be greatly appreciated.

ROSARY MAKERS

Rosary makers next meeting is April 8 in the Knights Hall at 1pm.
If you are interested in learning how to make rosaries, please join us! Supplies and instruction are provided.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS NEWS

Our next General Council Meeting will be April 11 in the Knights of Columbus Hall after Thursday evening Mass.

CATHOLIC WOMEN’S LEAGUE LINDSAY

CWL General Meeting ~ Please join us on Friday April 12 at 10 am at St. Mary’s School breakfast room. Program will include a brief meeting, acclamation of officers and guest speaker Anna MacIntosh of Canadian Hearing Services who will speak about hearing loss, prevention, aids, and helpful tips when trying to fulfill needs of parents, children and ourselves.

Retreat for All Women ~ Women of Faith, please join us on Saturday April 20. Retreat will begin with 9 am parish mass, followed by presentations by Sr. Ursula Witkowska, IBVM in the school. One presentation will be about Mary Ward, founder of the Loretto Sisters and the other will be about how each of us is a woman of faith and ways we can increase our faith. Lunch will be followed by prayers and a reflection/discussion period ending at 2 pm.
No charge. Please bring a brown bag lunch.

COFFEE SUNDAY

Coffee HourOur next coffee Sunday APRIL 21st after the 9am and 11am Masses.
Coffee and treats will be served after the 9 and 11 am masses in the school gym.
Donations of treats, snacks welcome. Volunteers welcome too! Looking forward to seeing you there!
