Bishop De Angelis has authorized a special collection for the Philippines for the earth quake in the Philippines on October 15th 2013.
As you are aware the Philippines have been devastated by a typhoon on November 9th in the very same area that suffered an earth quake in October.
Bishop De Angelis is recommending that every pastor make a concerted effort to assist the home land of some brother priests.
