Father Stephen DeCarlo is leading the official diocesan-wide 14-day pilgrimage to World Youth Day in Lisbon, Portugal, working alongside Tour Design. The group will arrive and depart together; however, individuals may arrange other options for travel once the pilgrimage ends.
