Walking Pilgrimage to Martyrs’ Shrine A big thank you to Father Eric Mason, Father John Perdue, Grant and Joan Dafoe and all of the youth and chaperones who joined in our pilgrimage to Martyrs’ Shrine and persevered in this 150km journey! Our week was filled with many blessings and joyful experiences as well as some small pains and inconveniences. As we journeyed, Father Eric read the account of the martyrdom of these holy and courageous men and the heroic sacrifices they made. “Ad majorem Dei gloriam” – “For the greater glory of God.” Holy Canadian Martyrs, fearless in suffering for Christ, pray for us!
