To honor our Patron St. Vincent de Paul, Mass will be at 5:00 p.m. in the church on September 27, followed by a pot luck dinner in St. Mary’s School.
You are welcome to join this celebration even if you are not a member. Bring your family and food.

“Bundle Week-end” October 1-2 there will be a collection of clean, usable adults and children’s shoes/boots and clean rags.

Please mark each bag/box as to its contents.

A SSVP truck from Peterborough will be in the church parking lot Sat Oct 1 from 4:30-6:30pm. and Sun Oct2 from 8:30am.-12:30pm.

S.S.V.P. would like to thank the members of St. Mary’s Parish for their generous donations of clothing and shoes for the less fortunate. The Bundle Drive will support the S.S.V.P. Store in Peterborough.It was wonderful to see the truck so full. Thank you!

Please check the bulletin boards of the Church for information regarding the Adopt-A-Family Program. The forms will be available soon for those of the Parish who wish to sponsor a needy family.

A reminder that on October 17th volunteers will be going door to door in Lindsay to collect food. Please place your donation of food in a bag placed outside your door by 9 am on Saturday. Anyone wishing to help please come to the CHURCH OF THE LATTER DAY SAINTS by 8:30 am to receive instructions. Thank for your support in feeding the less fortunate of our community. Thank you! Clothing Drive

On 3 Oct. there will have a “Clothing Bundle Drive.”

ST. VINCENT de PAUL will have a truck available in the church parking lot to collect clean clothing in good condition; clean rags -clearly labelled RAGS; shoes and boots. No APPLIANCES or FURNITURE will be accepted at this time.

Hours of truck loading are: 3 Oct. Saturday 4 – 6:30p.m. and 4 Oct. Sunday 9:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
