Madison Kozak and Southmountain-LIVE @The Academy Theatre

We have invested funds into our largest fundraiser yet, a concert with our own international recording artist Madison Kozak.

If we don’t sell at least half of the Academy Theatre (350 tickets we will not break even!) Therefore, we really need parishioner support to fill the seats and make this fundraiser a success!

If we sell out (667 tickets) we will make about $6000 which will guarantee our youth this once in a life time opportunity!

This concert will be an evening of fun with family and friends on Friday March 4th, 2011 at 7pm at Academy Theatre.

Hey Everyone!  International recording artist Madison will be performing with her band “South Mountain” at Academy Theatre on March 4th starting at 7pm.  She will be playing a variety of classic country, new country, and her own music!  So, don’t forget to buy your Madison Kozak Concert tickets today to support our 10 youth going to World Youth Day in Madrid Spain this August to see our Holy Father!   Tickets are only $23 and all proceeds go towards our WYD goal of $24,000!  Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster online with a credit card, at the academy theatre box office, at St. Mary’s Rectory, or from various church and school groups.  Please call the parish office (705) 324-3390 or my cell (705) 341-3390 to reserve a seat today!  God bless everyone!

CWL Meeting Wed. Sept. 15
Please join us at 10:00 am at the Parish Library for a Prayer Service, a short business meeting and a fund raising coffee party with proceeds going to the Alzheimer Society. A light lunch will be provided. All ladies of the parish are most welcome to attend.

World Youth Day Strawberry Social Fundraiser!

Held at St. Mary’s Church Parking Lot after the 9 and 11 am Sunday masses! 

Need volunteers to serve, prepare strawberries, set up/clean up, etc.  All proceeds will help us go to WYD 11!  Also, Rebels for Christ is asking St. Mary’s Parishioners to donate any of the following items for the Strawberry Social:

Broccoli Salad                                                     

Bean Salad

Macaroni Salad

Devilled eggs

And any other Specialty Salads or appetizers!

The more the better because we usually serve about 150 in total Sunday morning.

On Sunday November 15th, St. Mary’s Youth will be having a World Youth Day Fundraising Sausage and Pancake Brunch after the 9 and 11am masses. All of the proceeds will go towards our goal to raise $30 000 which will cover approximately half of the cost to send 20 pilgrims to see the Pope at World Youth Day 2011 Madrid Spain. We still need volunteers to help in the kitchen, to sell tickets, and to serve tables.
