Share Lent Campaign for D&P welcomes award winning anti-slavery activist from Brazil.

Dominican friar Brother Xavier Plassat coordinates the anti-slavery and human trafficking program for the Pastoral Land Commission, an initiative of the Brazilian Catholic Church.

With the support of Development and Peace, Brother Xavier’s program works with the Brazilian government to free over 3000 slaves every year. He has won several human rights awards for this work.

Come Hear His Story and Support the Fight to End Slavery!
