In a few weeks, a medical brigade is leaving Lindsay for Honduras.
This will be the seventh brigade for Liz Simser, a nurse from our parish. She is collecting used eye glasses of all shapes and sizes, even broken glasses or parts can be used. She and others will be working in remote areas of Honduras, testing the eye sight of those who never see an eye doctor.
Please bring in your old eye glasses over the next two Sundays and leave them in a box at the front doors of the church.
